A tradition that has been established over the years. The foundation for today's Hotel Bristol was laid in 1912 and eight years later one of the most modern hotels at its time opened the doors. "Gasthof Bären" Randersacker

The “Bären” (Bears) in Randersacker is a historic institution. Both the inn and the Gothic building are listed buildings. In summer, guests can dine in the idyllic chestnut courtyard, hidden away by the garden's ancient walls.

The 5th generation family-run restaurant is renowned for its high-quality Franconian cuisine. The ingredients are sourced directly from around the region. Here, the goose is still carved right in front of you at the table, and served with red cabbage, potato dumplings and baked apples - all home-made.
